How do I track my purchase?

You will receive an email with tracking information after the seller ships the package. The following is a list of the international shipping methods available at GooChina that provide tracking services:



How do I know GooChina has received and approved my payment?

There are 2 statuses:

  • If your item's status reads "Pending payment verification", it means that we have received your payment, but GooChina hasn't verified it yet. It will take approximately 1 business day for GooChina to verify a payment.
  • Once your payment is verified, you will be notified by email, and the status will change to "Pending seller confirmation".



How do I contact the seller?

You can contact any GooChina seller by clicking on the "Ask seller a question" link on the item page. This feature allows you to send an email to a seller, even if you have not yet purchased the item.



How do I get a refund?

You can write an e-mail to the info@goohina.com and we will do our best to help you.



How do I open a dispute?

  • Log onto My GooChina.
  • Locate your order in question.
  • Click on the "Dispute" link which will appear 4 days after the seller enters the tracking number(s) for the order.
  • Study the information and follow the instruction on the Dispute page.
